Abstract Submission Details

Delegates are invited to submit abstracts for the Micro-Mini and Nano Dosimetry (MMND) workshop. Abstracts will be accepted up to and including November 28, 2017. Abstract submissions for the Innovative Technologies in Radiation Oncology (ITRO) workshop are by invite only, due to the large number of invited speakers. All delegates who submit an abstract may submit a 4 page manuscript, which will be published in the Journal of Physics, Conference Series. Published peer reviewed conference proceedings from MMND&ITRO2016 can be found here.

In order to submit and manage abstracts, delegates are required to register an account with this website (MMND-ITRO 2018 portal). This may be achieved by selecting "NEW USER". Note: Registering on the MMND-ITRO 2018 portal is separate from registering to attend the workshops. Once an account on the portal has been obtained, users may now access "MY DASHBOARD", where users can update their profile, submit and manage abstracts.

The abstract submission form may be accessed by selecting "My Abstracts", then "+Submit Abstract". Authors are required to enter an abstract Title, select the type of abstract desired (oral, poster), then write a small summary (up to 200 words max) of the study to be presented. The abstracts will not be judged on the summary, however, the summary will be used to assist in assigning reviewers. Authors must then upload an abstract based on the MMND abstract template, maximum one page. Authors may then upload their 4 page manuscript for peer review, based on the Journal of Physics, Conference Series template. Co-authors may be added, however, this is optional as details of co-authors are within the templates.

Authors will be notified of the outcome of their submission by December 9, 2017.

***Note - Abstract submission deadline extended to November 28, 2017
